Rong Yongis Head of Policy and Public Affairs at Greenpeace East Asia. She graduated from Soochow University and China Foreign Affairs University in 2000. She was formaelry a diplomat with the Chinese Embassy of Tanzania.

Fei Dengis an Editing Committee Member and Director of the Journalism Department of Phoenix Weekly. He is the initiator of an anti-trafficking movement using micro-blogs, and an initiator and promoter of the movement "Free Lunch for Children". Recently, Fei Deng has devoted himself to exploring the new charity model in the Internet era, and the development of China's philanthropy.

Chung To is the Founder and Chairman of Chi Heng Foundation (CHF). Chung was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the United States as a teenager. During his 13-year stay in the US, he received a bachelor's degree at Columbia University and a master's degree at Harvard University. Chung worked in investment banking for 10 years with several European and US banks in New York and Hong Kong. While working as a banker in Hong Kong, Chung founded Chi Heng Foundation with a few like-minded individuals and began working on AIDS education and prevention projects in China on a part time basis. In 2002, after realizing the seriousness and urgency of AIDS in China, Chung decided to put his banking career on hold and began devoting his full attention to AIDS work in China on a pro bono basis.

Western Dishes -The Tex Mex Kind

There are a lot of Western dishes that are well loved by the western people and also those from different countries. Most of the well loved western dishes are a mix of Tex-Mex feel; Texas and Mexican feel that is, for the reason that the western dishes are also derived from the Mexican food. The western dishes and the Mexican food are rustic foods. Here is a list of a few favorite western dishes that has that distinct Tex-Mex blend.

The Churros and Bunuelos

- The chronicle of churros and bunuelos are possibly traced from the ancient and primitive people. Aside from these two, there are also the fritters, which are well known to many cuisines and cultures, and all of them have evolved according to the local’s customs and tastes. Sopaipillas and fry bread are foods that are also related to churros and bunuelos.

The Sopaipillas and fry bread

- The recipes for fry bread and sopaipilla are eminent in the ancient world of cooks. What one does here to make them is to deep fry the doughs that are flavored with honey, spices and nuts. Sopaipilla and fry breads were also enjoyed by the people who live in Rome, Greece and Egypt. In some other countries, they are referred to as fritters. “Sopaipa” is a Spanish word that means honey cake.One of the many most favored western dishes.

The Chili con Carne

- The Chili con Carne is a new world recipe. Although a typical western dish this was that meal that was meant to be served with beans along with spicy tomato sauce. This is a food that is a nutritionally balanced mishmash of what was known as the Mayan and ancient Aztec cooks. Most of the food historians have an agreement that the chili con carne is an American recipe but has the Mexican Roots as well.

- The chili con carne of today’s world is the combination of tomato sauce, ground beef and beans.

The Chimichangas

- The chimichangas history is a bit confusing, there were speculations that it was accidentally done by dropping a burrito into a deep frying pan.

The Quesadillas

- The quesadillas’ origins such as this time-honored food can more often than not be traced to a specific and distinct person or year, These are the kind of food that had evolve due to the experimenting with ingredients and also of how the technology changes when it comes to cooking the quesadillas. These days you can have them already made and you just need to heat them up. But the main history of quesadillas derived from two main and important western dishes, the corn and the tortillas.

The Tacos

-Tacos are such a favorite food these days. A delicious western dish that has that conspicuous Tex-Mex combination, a real scrumptious treat! The tacos are available in kiosks and restaurants. Business Law Tupe Regulations

Business Law – TUPE Regulations

The TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006) was put in place to govern the transfer of a business or a part of it to another. These regulations were put in place to ensure that employee’s rights were protected when a business is transferred to another party. The regulation means that all employees could be safe in the knowledge that after the transfer, they will have the same rights and terms and conditions of employment as they had done with their previous employer.

The TUPE 2006 regulations replace the regulations that were put together in 1981 and apply to three particular types of business transfer. These are service provision changes, which is when a company decides to outsource, in-source or sign over certain services to third parties; such as cleaning, catering, security and waste collection. The second type of business transfer is a business sale or purchase; which can apply to either part or the whole sale of a business. Thirdly there is a lease or licence transfer where the lease or licence on the premises of a business are taken over whilst the business continues to operate within them.

Employers should ensure that they know when TUPE regulations will apply and when it is needed to implement them. Failing to comply with regulations may leave employers open to a penalty. Understanding TUPE regulations can be quite an complicated so it is advisable to get professional legal help so that you thoroughly understand what it the process involves and how it will affect you and your business.

Iif your business is facing a transfer the first thing you should do is to tell your staff or your staff representatives before the process takes place. The business which is coming in will need to keep the old business informed in advance of any changes that may take place in order for them to be discussed with the staff from the old business. If you fail to keep your staff well informed about the details of the transfer, they have the right to take the matter to an employment tribunal. If the tribunal finds in their favour and deem that there was a serious failure to comply with TUPE regulations, you may have to pay the employee making the claim up to 13 weeks worth of pay which was affected by the lack of information provided to them during the transfer.

TUPE regulations also state that an employer must provide full details of all their transferring employees within two weeks of the transfer. They will need to supply information on employees, such as; name, age, details of employment and any disciplinary records.

Employers must also provide details of rights and liabilities that are going to be transferred. If there is a failure to pass on all of this information, then the new employer has the right to take the old employer to an employment tribunal where there may be minimum of

I love Phoenix! They have a great zoo, and a really cool botanical garden. If you want to do a little hiking, there is a place called Camelback mountain northeast of town that you can hike to the top of.
Also, if you’ve never been there before, take a ride outside of town to see all the cactus.
